Salman Khan protected by Suspended Sentence

Those who have seen the movie " The Godfather " , they must have heard the words " Suspended Sentence". In the very first scene the father of a young lady was praying Godfather to give justice, as the Judge suspended the sentence and the accused boy got freed on the court itself. Even Indian movies did not use the word suspended sentence but the lawyer of Salman Khan played a great trick of law - " Suspending the Sentence " - one of the biggest limitations of criminal law across the world and Salman Khan got freed. Now , lets see when the trial gets re started, even there is a suspicion if there would be any trial !!.


If there would be any poor man , would he get the benefit of Suspended sentence. Now everybody will take reference of this case and now poor guys also will start to take the benefit of this limitations !! There is nobody to delete the limitation !!
